I been in the beauty industry for over 30 years, three quarter of those years I've been with the hairdressing association, I've been to several work shops and seminars. The hairdressing association will at times have short courses to help up lift and enlighten it's members, all members are priority when it comes to those opportunities. The annual hair show is one event no one would want to miss, we would apply for loans so we could have enough money to purchase our products at a discounted cost. What I love is the involvement of the students from the different schools. The cosmetology students were given a chance every year at the annual (N.A.H.C) trade show to displayed their creativity, so proud yo see our future hairstyles. I believe that, working with the students from different schools in the island, building a legacy for the industry to last for generations to come.
